God doesn’t leave loose ends. there are times when it seems like He does, or has, but we know that He’s just not finished working yet. our sense of timing has little, if more likely, nothing, to do with to do with His.

if God calls for something to happen, it is going to happen even if we don’t understand. thankfully, God’s actions are not bounded by the limitations of our understanding. thankfully, my grasp on reality, life, death, justice & love does not define them. my tiny, finite mind looks at all of this like an ant looks at a picnic spread. it’s so far beyond me to even acknowledge the amounts of each component…their scope and breadth…

i am so glad that God, my God (YHWH), the One True God is so much greater than i am. in my greatest arrogance, i don’t even show up on the radar.
